Robinson R44 Cadet
Robinson R44 Cadet is a universal two-seat helicopter ideal for flight schools and operators who need the economy of a small helicopter while maintaining the power and performance of a large helicopter.
R44 Cadet has the same airframe, rotor system and engine as the proven R44 Raven I. The helicopter rear compartment is converted to baggage space, maximum take-off weight is reduced to 2200 lbs (998 kg) and the engine is downsized to 210 hp. Less weight and lower engine power provide a greater margin of performance for high altitude flights. They also allow you to extend the period between maintenance (TBO) up to 2,400 flight hours.
